1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MR Planner platform, including our website, mobile site, mobile app, and any offline channels such as customer support ("Platform"). MR Planner is operated by MR Planner Private Limited ("MR Planner", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our Platform, you ("User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These Terms form part of the agreement between you and MR Planner and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services or make a booking. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements. Bookings made on behalf of others are the sole responsibility of the registered account holder.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

Certain features require registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during sign-up and to keep your account details updated at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@mrplanner.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in any activity that is harmful to MR Planner or other users.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and a confirmation email or SMS has been sent to you. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings or where payment does not clear.

4.2 Pricing and Taxes

All prices on our Platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change until confirmed. Applicable GST and other statutory taxes will be displayed at checkout and are payable by you.

4.3 Convenience Fee

MR Planner charges a convenience fee on bookings made through the Platform. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or service failure by a third-party provider.

4.4 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallets. Payments made via MR Planner Wallet bonus amounts, third-party wallets, or gift cards may not be eligible for certain offers. Please refer to the relevant offer terms.

4.5 Offer Conditions

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to individual offer terms. Discounts are typically calculated on the base booking amount, excluding convenience fees, taxes, and ancillaries. In case of partial or full cancellation of a discounted booking, the discount amount will be deducted from any applicable refund. Misuse of offers may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

5. Role of MR Planner

MR Planner acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with independent travel service providers — including airlines, hotels, cab operators, bus companies, and tour operators ("Service Providers"). When you make a booking, you enter into a direct contract with the relevant Service Provider. MR Planner is not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of any Service Provider. The services delivered are governed by the respective provider's own terms and conditions.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies vary by service type, Service Provider, and fare class. Please review the applicable cancellation terms before confirming a booking. For detailed timelines and refund amounts, refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

In the event of partial or full cancellation of a booking where a promotional discount was applied, MR Planner will deduct the discount value from the refundable amount. Any rescheduling or cancellation initiated by you may attract additional charges as per the Service Provider's rules.

7. Travel Documents and Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and all travelers on your booking hold valid travel documents — including passports, visas, health certificates, or any other documentation required by the destination country or airline. MR Planner will not be liable for denied boarding, entry refusals, or any loss arising from invalid or missing documentation.

For international bookings, certain regulations such as the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) may require you to provide PAN or passport details. Such information will be used strictly for the stated regulatory purpose and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Make speculative, false, or duplicate bookings
• Use automated tools or bots to access, scrape, or extract data from our Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or our databases
• Resell or transfer bookings without authorization
• Misuse offers or promotions intended for individual users
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing content

Travel agents making bookings for third-party customers without prior authorization from MR Planner are barred from availing promotional offers. MR Planner reserves the right to cancel such bookings without refund.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, photos, or other content on our Platform, you grant MR Planner a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with our services and marketing. You warrant that you have the rights to share such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the MR Planner Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of MR Planner or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MR Planner shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our Platform
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity
• Delays, cancellations, or service failures by third-party Service Providers
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In no event shall MR Planner's total liability to you under any claim exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to that claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MR Planner, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to resolve any concerns. If a dispute remains unresolved, you may write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@mrplanner.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 business days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Modifications to Terms

MR Planner reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
